ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a customer service representative with the Ryan Bonner - State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.

  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Handling customer payments in person and over the phone

  • Setting appointments 

  • Other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

  • NV Property and Casualty License preferred, must be obtained within 30 days of hire

  • Bilingual - Spanish
