Job Description

Customer Service Representative - HYBRID
Pay: $20.00 - 22.50 per hour
Shift: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM, 10AM - 6:30PM, 9AM - 5:30PM 
Training Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm (1st 4 weeks)

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer calls and assist with questions from franchise distributors.
  • Assist franchise owners with automotive tool selection, toolbox selection, troubleshooting, pricing, availability, and technical specifications.
  • Provide technical support concerning information and specifications for products provided in our Tools catalog and catalogs of our other suppliers.
  • Input orders/purchase orders/quotations utilizing internal ordering software systems.
  • Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts to resolve open questions.
  • Assist customers with warranty, returns, repairs, identification of parts, and new defective products.
  • Other duties as assigned
