Customer Service Associate (Inbound Calls)

Sparta Networking is hiring full-time, in-office Customer Engagement Associates to support a well-established organization in the travel and vacation space. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced conversations, helping customers make decisions, and working toward performance-based goals.



Pay & Incentives


  • $17 per hour for daytime schedules

  • $19 per hour for evening schedules

  • Weekly incentive opportunities based on performance



Schedule Details

All roles are on-site and full-time.




  • AM Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • PM Shift, Inbound: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • PM Shift, Outbound: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
