Customer Service Representative PT Open to Full-time

Seeking a Part-time or Full-time, tech-savvy, and customer service-oriented individual, who is good at talking to customers and explaining the features/benefits of the vehicle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Greet customers and direct them to where they need to go.
  • Able to manage a multi-phone line.
  • Ensure that every guest receives excellent customer service upon taking delivery of their vehicle, with a special emphasis on properly educating the guest about the technology of the vehicle, including navigation and Bluetooth.
  • Keeping up with all product knowledge and any other updates related to the deliveries of a new vehicle.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction, addressing any customer concerns through telephone and email after their purchase.
