We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and provided solutions to their inquiries and needs. A successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge, which is critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.What You Will Do as a USANA Customer Service Representative

Assist customers in processing orders, applications, and registrations

Responding promptly to customer inquiries

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

Handling inbound call center and walk-in customers

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
