Job Description

Techstaff has immediate assignments available for a busy County department with 3 locations. We seek individuals to handle front desk, customer service and some call center duties.Duties Include:
  • Greet Visitors
  • Answer phone calls
  • Direct them to appropriate staff
  • Verify program eligibility
  • Program Intake
  • Provide instructions on how to fill out forms
  • Scan documents
  • Provide phone instructions
  • Administrative duties
  • Hourly Rate: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMDuration: January 2026 – June 2026Locations & Roles:
