- Lead and coach a team of Customer Service Reps handling daily logistics operations.
- Be the go-to person for escalated customer issues—analyze, solve, and follow up.
- Monitor team KPIs, track service performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely order processing, issue resolution, and strong customer communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, transportation, billing) to fulfill client needs.
