Setup: Onsite
Qualifications:
> Associate/College Graduate/2 yrs college in Information Technology or any related field with 12 mos of Hard-core Tech Experience BPO or non-BPO (hardware and software troubleshooting)
* Telco TSR BPO experience is ok
> Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
> Must be able to type 35 WPM with 86% accuracy
> Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
> Additional certification/training in technical field is preferred
> Shifting schedule/Weekends/Holidays/OT required
CEFR B1 and WriteX B1
