POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibilities are providing outstanding Customer Service by resolving customer product issues over the telephone and ensure their experience is memorable. Also as a team member you will be of support to the team’s needs as well as participate in projects to assist in data entry for databases and process improvement of our overall daily operations. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Resolve customer product issues in a courteous and professional matter both outbound and inbound - Enter customer information accurately in databases; could assist in preparing reports; perform general administration tasks within the RBTS group - Support Data Entry projects - Process warranty replacements - Provide order status - Must meet and comply with department and company policies, procedures, objectives and regulations
