Shift: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Role Overview
You will support members, providers, and pharmacies to secure funding for specialty medications, ensuring applications and approvals move quickly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct outbound outreach to members and providers to guide them through medication assistance programs.
+ Submit and track MAP/PAP documentation; coordinate with PBMs and pharmacies for claim approval.
+ Document all interactions thoroughly to keep cases moving efficiently.
