Job Description

Key tasks:

  • Order processing: Creation, handling, and tracking of customer orders and invoicing
  • Handling of quotes and customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordination of interfaces between our customers, distributors, sales managers, logistics, production, as well as the Regulatory Affairs and Finance departments
  • Creation of compliant and complete export documents, their management, and ensuring correct export and import handling
  • Maintenance of the ERP system in the order processing area
  • Contribution to continuous improvement and process optimization

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the fields of freight forwarding, international trade, or customs
  • Experience in order processing and customer service
  • Good written and spoken skills in English and German is a plus, any additional language is welcome
