**Job Summary**
The Customer Service Representative will be the main contact point for customers. This role will focus on assisting and advising customers from order entry through delivery cycle while collaborating closely with related team, ensuring customer needs are always met. Continuously strive to provide timely information and best service possible to both internal and external customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers.
- Work closely with multi-functional team to ensure correct order processing and on time delivery.
- Accurately generate and/or populate open order reports, sales reports and others as needed.
- Efficient order entry and order management.
- Process post order requirements such as but not limited to credit, debit and RMAs.
