Join us! We are hiring great **Customer Service Representatives** for an Ecommerce premium athletic clothing company, to work in its Distribution Center in Tijuana.
The function of the Customer Service Agent is to be a link between the customer and our Company, ensuring the customer's value and providing a greater experience.
**Position Purpose for both roles (Phone calls and Back Office)**
- **_Temporary position - 5 Months_**
**_ Location Zona Rio_**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Phone Customer Support
- Chat or SMS Customer Support
- Schedule 1: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Schedule 2: Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday to Thursday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Great Customer Service and Excellent Communication Skills!
Bachelor's degree preferable, High school / Preparatoria - is a must.
Fluent in both spoken and written English. Proficiency in English Grammar.
Typing skill of minimum speed of 36 wpm.
Computer skills required. MacOS user...
