Arbitrail is expanding! We are hiringCustomer Service Representativesto join our growing BPO team.
We're looking for professionals who are passionate about customer service, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are driven to meet performance goals.
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Schedule: Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months BPO experience or customer service experience
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM. Ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound calls as needed.
- Handle customer reservation inquiries, assist with booking issues, and provide support related to hotel and supplier coordination.
