  • Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders, and warehouse personnel for shipment readiness and delivery schedules.
  • Assist and update customers with stock queries and shipment schedules promptly.
  • Prepare and handle day-to-day documents for deliveries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse operation team to manage shipments (inbound/outbound) and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the warehouse and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Verify and issue the billing summaries to customers.
  • Prepare monthly reports for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations and customer service.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and present findings to the Warehouse Manager.
