Key Responsibilities

  • Receive orders from KAMs/Customers/Business teams and drive end-to-end execution through internal coordination.
  • Act as SPOC for customers and lead requirement gathering for new jobs and projects.
  • Track Change Requests (CRs) and ensure timely follow-ups and escalations.
  • Verify Purchase Orders against quotes and highlight process changes impacting cost.
  • Identify order discrepancies and coordinate corrections with KAMs and Planning.
  • Monitor daily operations, TAT adherence, and maintain regular client communication.
  • Reconcile dispatch data and share daily status updates with customers.
  • Coordinate schedules with Production and Planning teams to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Escalate delays proactively to ensure adherence to timelines.
