Location: Lincoln, Nebraska
Company: Waste Connections of Southeast Nebraska
Pay Range: $18 – $22 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm

What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful problem-solver that ensures a positive experience for our customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting with new service requests, cancellations, and account changes

  • Accepting and processing customer payments

  • Investigating and resolving billing inquiries

  • Updating and maintaining customer account information

  • Collaborating with drivers, dispatch, and other team members to address service issues and customer needs

     

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

  • A team player who cares about safety, service, and community impact
