Collect, verify, and update patient insurance & pharmacy details
Create follow-up tasks to ensure proper patient communication
Connect patients with pharmacists or clinicians for counseling
Escalate cases to insurance verification or clinical departments when needed
Schedule, cancel, or reschedule appointments as per facility guidelines
Respond to all queries using professional English, following HIPAA compliance
