Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls while consistently following up with leads across multiple communication channels to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand prospective students’ educational and career goals and recommend suitable courses or programs, while clearly addressing queries related to curriculum, fees, and enrollment processes.
  • Drive sales conversions by achieving or exceeding monthly enrollment targets through personalized engagement, effective communication, and strong closing techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, track interactions, and generate regular sales performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to optimize the sales funnel and provide actionable insights on customer behavior and preferences.
  • Bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proven sales track record, CRM and MS Office proficiency, and the ability to perform proactively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
