Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, residents, property owners, and vendors via phone, email, and resident portals
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries related to leases, rent payments, maintenance, policies, and community guidelines
  • Create, track, and follow up on maintenance and repair work orders with internal teams and third-party vendors
  • Coordinate service requests to ensure timely resolution and high resident satisfaction
  • Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including documentation, inspections, and tenant communication
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in property management systems
  • Handle resident concerns, complaints, and escalations with empathy and effective problem-solving
