Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main contact for our consumers and retail partners.
You will handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently, always aiming for a great customer experience.

Your Key Tasks

· Act as the first point of contact for consumers in the European markets.

· Provide product information and handle questions via email, phone, and social media.

· Manage complaints, returns, and warranty cases in a professional and timely manner.

· Support your colleagues with order processing, invoicing, and logistics follow-up when needed.
