Customer Service Representative

GFL Environmental  is looking for a Customer Service Representative  to join our Victoria, BC  team 

In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers and will communicate with drivers to resolve issues during routes. Given its crucial role in achieving our customer satisfaction goals, this position shapes the public perception of GFL, reflecting our values. We're seeking a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, confidence in building customer relationships, and effective communication abilities. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, embracing the opportunity to address complex challenges.

Please note that this is a 12-month contract-based role with potential extention of additional 6 months.
