Hiring Now Job Description: - Handle inbound and outbound phone calls in a blended call center environment, representing the designated healthcare organization when assisting patients with self‑pay balances, secure payment processing, insurance updates, charge explanations, and dispute resolution. - Conduct outbound reminder call campaigns to collect outstanding healthcare balances and encourage timely payments. - Develop strong working knowledge of the healthcare client’s operations, including patient payment options, eligibility requirements, financial assistance pathways, and instructions for mail‑in or onsite payments. - Provide clear, compassionate guidance to patients regarding billing questions, insurance status, statements, and next steps. - Accurately document all patient interactions in accordance with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, internal policies, and client requirements).
