🛠️ Duties and Responsibilities

🇳🇱 Handle inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency

💬 Provide accurate information and support to customers and accommodation partners

🏨 Assist with questions related to room modifications, rates, availability, extranet usage, and general inquiries

🔎 Ensure complete, accurate, and validated information is delivered

🌟 Maintain outstanding service levels and contribute to a positive customer journey

📚 Continuously develop your knowledge to improve first-contact resolution

🎯 Requirements

🗣️ Native/fluent Dutch + strong English (B2+)

💡 Ability to clearly explain product/service details

⏰ Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts

💻 Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office

🏠 Resident of Greece or willing to relocate quickly
