Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for customers and manage daily communication.
- Manage the full order cycle from order entry to delivery in SAP.
- Monitor orders, shipments, stock levels, and delivery performance.
- Handle order deviations, urgent requests, and service issues.
- Cooperate with sales, supply chain, and production teams.
- Monitor customer credit limits and report risks or disputes.
- Proactively anticipate customer needs and prevent service issues.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, logistics, or order management.
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and French.
