Job Description

Responsibilities



  • Act as the main contact for customers and manage daily communication.

  • Manage the full order cycle from order entry to delivery in SAP.

  • Monitor orders, shipments, stock levels, and delivery performance.

  • Handle order deviations, urgent requests, and service issues.

  • Cooperate with sales, supply chain, and production teams.

  • Monitor customer credit limits and report risks or disputes.

  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and prevent service issues.

     


Requirements 



  • Experience in customer service, logistics, or order management.

  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools (especially Excel).

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.

  • Fluent in English and French.
