  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in tailer parts or customer service in trailer parts is a plus.

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the trailer industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy parts as needed.
