Customer Support Representative (Remote - LATAM Preferred)
Written Support Only | Email & Zendesk | No Phone Calls
Salary range - $1400 - $1600 per month
We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Support Representative to provide written support to patients via Zendesk and email. This role is fully remote and ideal for candidates located in Latin America, to align with team time zones.
This position focuses exclusively on written communication—no phone or live chat support is required.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to support tickets and inquiries through Zendesk and email with clarity, professionalism, and empathy
Troubleshoot common issues and guide users toward solutions using provided resources
Identify and escalate complex cases appropriately
Maintain accurate internal documentation of support interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to share insights from customer feedback and improve support processes
