Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for member inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our services, events, and membership benefits.
  • Support members in resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update member records in our CRM system.
  • Follow up on open cases to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations and sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Prepare and share reports on client feedback and service performance.
