About The Role

Reporting to the Customer Retention Manager, we have a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Customer Retention Coordinator to join our Loganholme office.

The primary purpose of this role is to promote and foster the YES WE CAN attitude with both internal and external customers, while professionally representing Supagas. You will be responsible for efficient management of customer cylinder reconciliation/audit processes, handling the de-hire process, and supporting Account Managers by identifying potential lost customers and facilitating effective save strategies.
