Summary:

  • Basic salary + OT + VB
  • East/ North Region

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing timely responses to customer enquiries
  • Follow up on repair/replacement quotations and manage end-to-end customer orders
  • Provide excellent customer service while attending to sales enquiries
  • Schedule and confirm next-day appointments with customers
  • Inform clients of any delays or issues
  • Schedule daily jobs for technicians and update system records
  • Prepare maintenance contracts and follow up with clients via email, phone, or SMS

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Organised and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
