• Handle inbound activity (calls, emails, chat, tasks) of customer post-sales requests
• Handle outbound calls when necessary to resolve issues with customers and internal teams
• Create quotes and follow up with cross-selling/up-selling with a proactive and service-oriented attitude
• Maintain knowledge of the Store portfolio and post-sales processes
• Manage customer post-sales tasks: order cancellations, claims, follow-up on orders and deliveries, refund requests, and escalations

• Proficient or bilingual Dutch and advanced English skills
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Strong communication and customer care skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.)
• Achievement and target-oriented, customer-driven, motivated for sales
• IT knowledge and technical understanding
• Good listening skills and effective qualification abilities

• Full-time, 39 hours/week, permanent contract: Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00
• Salary: €19,900 gross/year + bonus up to €2,000 gross/year, private medical insurance
