We’re Hiring for Customer Service Executive Position in Gurgaon!

Location : Sector 44, Gurgaon, Haryana

Salary : ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4 LPA

Interview Mode : Face-to-Face

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide complete information about our products to customers
• Resolve customer queries related to products and services
• Develop and maintain Customer Service Guidelines
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions
• Pitch products effectively to potential customers, driving conversions
• Prepare reports by analyzing customer feedback and interactions
• Ensure customer information is regularly updated
• Offer the best possible solutions to customer queries

• Sales-oriented with strong persuasion skills
• Excellent communication (both Hindi and English)
• Good at negotiating and converting customer interest into sales

Desired Qualifications:

• SSC or higher education
• Open to freshers or candidates with experience
• Basic computer skills
