Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide complete information about our products to customers

Resolve customer queries related to products and services

Develop and maintain Customer Service Guidelines

Keep accurate records of customer interactions

Pitch products effectively to potential customers, driving conversions

Prepare reports by analyzing customer feedback and interactions

Ensure customer information is regularly updated

Offer the best possible solutions to customer queries

What We Are Looking For:

Confident, dynamic, and enthusiastic personality

Sales-oriented with strong persuasion skills

Excellent communication (both Hindi and English)

Good at negotiating and converting customer interest into sales

Team player with a positive attitude

Quick learner, creative, and goal-driven

Passionate about achieving targets

Desired Qualifications:

SSC or higher education

Open to freshers or candidates with experience

Basic computer skills
