In this full-time role, based in Butterworth, Penang, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers
