Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries and requests, providing both pre- and post-sales support.
• Work closely with internal teams to propose suitable products and solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Qualify sales enquiries and prepare necessary sales documents (quotations, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders).
• Handle shipping documents for both import and export with suppliers and customers.
• Support the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and payment follow-up.
