We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team based in the area office in s'hertogenbosch.

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering excellent customer service as per company requirements, ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently, effectively, and within the department’s service level commitment. Processing sales orders, and efficient contributions to customer service operations, and carrying out internal activities as part of the support team. Communicate positively about the company and its products to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues.
