CommBank’s Business Banking Operations (BBO) function is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Business Lending function within our Collateral Management Services(CMS) team. This teamis responsible forthe fulfilment,settlementand servicing ofBusinessLending products Including Business Loans, Merchant Facilities, Bank Guarantees, CommBiz and Audit Certificates for CBA.

We support our Business Banking colleagues and all other segments in delivering exceptional service to a wide range of customers including small businesses,franchisesand large-scale corporate customers. We have around 350+ passionate colleagues based acrossAustraliaand we work closely together to ensure the same exceptional and consistent level of service is provided toall ofour customers.
