Key Accounts Executive – Sustainability / Client Success

Location: Vasant Kunj, Delhi, India (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 0–3 years in client-facing or account management roles

Compensation: ₹5,00,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum (includes PF, PGDM fees of 6,666)


Eligibility Criteria:


  • This role is only for graduates (Postgraduates should not apply).
  • You must have exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Pursuing a PGDM along with this job is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Role Overview:


As a Key Accounts Executive , you will be the primary point of contact for key clients in Delhi, driving long-term satisfaction, retention, and expansion of sustainable service offerings. You’ll ensure service delivery excellence, foster strong relationships, and help clients understand and benefit from our impact-driven solutions.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field .
  • 0–3 years of experience in client relations, key account support, or B2B account management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills .
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort working with impact data.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint , and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot ) is an advantage.
  • Passion for sustainability, social impact, and mission-driven work culture.
