Your main tasks
Create and follow up on customer quotes in collaboration with Sales and ICS India
Monitor order intake via EDI, including daily workflow control and resolution of bocked IDOCs
Coordinate manual order entry and resolve order blocks or incomplete orders to prevent recurrence
Maintain and update customer profiles and master data, including cross-references
