We are looking for a
Customer Service Specialist
to join our Customer Service team in Business Area Foodservice and Liquid Board. This position is based in Imatra. In this role, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and act as a key link between our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth order execution and an excellent customer experience.

About The Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the first point of contact for customers and play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for managing customer orders end to end, resolving complex issues through investigation and collaboration, supporting customer complaint handling when needed, and ensuring clear, timely, and accurate communication throughout the order lifecycle.
