Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via email channel.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's platform assigned product line
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints with timely follow-ups within SLA.
- Understand customer needs and relay valuable feedback to management.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in any field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and responsive to client needs.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. Finance or Technology-related industry will be a plus
- Prior trading (crypto or traditional) experience is preferred.
- Willing to work 5-day shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
