Responsibilities:


Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction at all times.



Efficiently manage a high-volume appointment scheduling system, coordinating bookings, reschedules, and cancellations to optimize service delivery.



Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, handling phone calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and providing detailed information about services, pricing, and availability.



Collaborate closely with barbers and team members, maintaining real-time communication to ensure timely service and a smooth customer experience from start to finish.



Oversee customer flow, proactively managing walk-ins and appointments to prevent delays and ensure efficient service.



Manage customer feedback, promptly addressing concerns and resolving issues in line with company standards to maintain strong customer relationships.



Enforce company policies, including accurate record-keeping of financial transactions and maintaining a secure, organized workspace to ensure zero errors in payment handling and customer data management.
