Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on TikTok in a timely and professional manner
- Handle basic account, promo, and gameplay-related concerns , escalating issues when needed
- Monitor TikTok content, comments, and messages to ensure brand-safe and positive engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Support) to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and common concerns
- Follow brand tone, community guidelines, and customer service standards
- Help identify recurring issues, trends, or feedback from TikTok users
