Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and complaints for international customers via chat support
Manage transaction handling services with high accuracy
Deliver high-quality service while meeting productivity and performance targets
Handle challenging customer situations calmly and professionally
Follow and implement defined quality standards and process documents
Multitask efficiently and take quick, independent decisions
Maintain patience, composure, and a customer-first approach at all times
Required Skills & Qualities:
Excellent written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving skills and numerical ability
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Energetic, friendly, and approachable personality
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule:
5 days working
Open to work in a 24×7 environment
