Customer Service Specialist

Ensures all sales orders are processed efficiently and accurately and that delivery deadlines are met. Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders. May be responsible for lead and order management activities for specified area of sales group (separated by account size or geographic territory).

Responsibilities

• Perform the following tasks, under moderate supervision:
• Order Entry- Manual entry of orders in (tool: SAP or Impulse)
• Order Releasing- Manual release of orders from (tool: SAP or Impulse)
• Order changes/ updates- Modification of orders, carrier, SKU, or quantity change
• Vendor portal routing- commercial invoice request from portal…
• RMA / Return Merchandise Authorization (Generating Returned Material) entry- Entry of RMA in SAP or Impulse
• PO Creation- Inbound purchase order processing
