Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Associate/Management Trainee, you will be the key point of contact for travelers during their trips, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-trip customer support and communication
- Resolve travel issues quickly and efficiently
- Share destination insights and recommendations
- Handle emergencies with confidence
- Coordinate logistics with internal teams
Eligibility & Skills
- Freshers and 2026 pass-outs are welcome
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (including nights)
