Customer Service Specialist

We’re looking for a reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to support our Customer Service team during evening hours and provide backup coverage for our primary specialist. This role is critical to ensuring our families receive thoughtful, timely support whenever they reach out.

Oaktree Memorials is a U.S.-based company, and this fully remote role will primarily work Monday–Friday from 6:00 PM–12:00 AM EST, with occasional weekend coverage as needed. This position supports customers during off hours and provides backup coverage when our primary specialist is unavailable. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth as we continue to scale.
