Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on TikTok in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle basic account, promo, and gameplay-related concerns , escalating issues when needed
  • Monitor TikTok content, comments, and messages to ensure brand-safe and positive engagement
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Support) to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and common concerns
  • Follow brand tone, community guidelines, and customer service standards
  • Help identify recurring issues, trends, or feedback from TikTok users
