Job Description

The Service Agent is responsible for providing professional and efficient support to guests and travel partners through inbound calls. This role ensures that all pre-cruise booking inquiries, modifications, and service requests are handled accurately, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound calls from guests and travel partners regarding river cruise bookings and pre-cruise services.
  • Accurately process booking updates, modifications, special requests, and service arrangements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Maintain and grow a personal book of business through consistent outreach and follow up.
  • Understand product offerings, itineraries, and promotions to effectively match clients with the right cruise.
