We are recruiting, on behalf of a leading company in financial services related to the purchase of vehicles, a resource who will be responsible for customer care services in support of the sales network of a leading automotive manufacturer, our client.

The team member we are recruiting will be responsible for managing customers in order to:

  • Process service requests, ensure problem resolution, and contribute to the improvement of the customer satisfaction index
  • Handle inquiries from the sales network regarding credit analysis and evaluation and processing of financing files.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide front line support for customers, managing requests and providing helpful information about existing loan agreement, to ensure that customers are satisfied.
  • Manage complaints to proactively advise and consult, ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction.
